  12. this*. Can I suggest that we add this to the list of things for proper
  13. discussion by the Gem list, once the current issues are resolved?

  20. But if we as library writes can implement these things for the programmer
  21. without him having to do anything about it, then all apps could benefit
  22. from these without cost. For example, reading of the app-defaults file could
  23. be done as part of the library initialisation code.
